ACLU-Iowa settles Voter Registration case on behalf of LPIA

After entering a settlement agreement with the Iowa Secretary of State in summer 2007, LPIA submitted abundant petition signatures compelling new Iowa Voter Registration forms which include "Libertarian" as a choice for the first time in Iowa.
